It has been many years since I was an evacuee in Tamworth, I arrived in 1940 and stayed with Mr & Mrs P.Collins at 41 Victoria Road. I have` now found Mrs Collins Daughter is still in thwe area Lil Craddock. I remember taking a sailors kit bag on my cart from the station to a telephone exchange in Victoria Rd, I think it must have been Colin Graziers. I went to Marmion school.
